The club holds a large collection of Ordnance Survey 25000 series maps.

In February 2013, Bryan Roe acquired a set of 19 Walk Guides from Manchester Countryside.
These are detailed guides for walks from 4 miles up to 10 miles and should be used in conjunction with the relevant OS Map.
With some ingenuity, a number of the shorter walks could be combined to produce longer walks
or just be used to spark an idea for an area in which the Club has not walked for some time.

Several guides were used to plan the 'A' & 'C' walks at Ramsbottom (Winter/Spring 2013).

These walk guides are available from Bryan Clydesdale
